Had a cracked laptop screen. Called a big box store, Went through all the prompts, could not speak to a person. Hung up and called Tom. He actually answered the phone! Brought the laptop in. Was fixed in less than a week. Very reasonable pricing and nice to support a local business.

Tommy was great! Absolute outstanding customer service!! I called him on the 4th of July to see if I could get my phone screen replaced. He was able to help me out during the holiday day via the phone so I didn’t have to drive there right away while he ordered the part. The part arrived a few days later and I was able to my phone off for about an hour. He gave me a loner phone to use while he fixed my screen and gave me a call when it was finished. Great prices and a pleasure to work with. He made jokes and worked fast. Highly recommend for any computer or phone repairs!

I opted to take my MacBook Air with a broken screen to Tom Chung after seeing consistent glowing review on line, and now I am adding mine. He understood the problem when I phoned. He did not have the part in stock at the moment but he ordered it and let me know it arrived. The price I paid was eminently fair and my 18 month old Mac is running beautifully. Also appreciate Tom's cheerful demeanor. Great stuff!
