Over billed and shady cancellation policy (which they lied about upon sign up). If I wanted to give myself cancel I’d hope the customer service would be at least decent. I’ve also seen the manager be very rude to the younger staff about scheduling which was surprising

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
The employee at the front desk was unfriendly and not helpful. While I was signing paperwork, my 17-year-old daughter was upsold to a more expensive package, and products were added without clearly explaining pricing. The total came to over $180.
When she returned, her 12-minute session ended after about 7 minutes. Staff was dismissive when she questioned it.
After we called, they gave her a free session, but then the manager confronted her alone, in front of other customers, saying she had “put the company at risk” and that corporate was reviewing footage.
She is a minor. That should never have happened.
Rude staff, poor communication, and completely unprofessional handling of the situation. We will not be back.

I went in to tan this evening and was greeted by a new worker who was very professional and informed me of the various tanning beds and stand up machines and what the benefits are of each machine. Skyler in my opinion was very professional and informative and was a pleasure to speak to.

I have got to say the Salon is extremely kept up-to-date and the girls upfront are extremely sweet. They placed me right into a bed where it gave me the perfect color for an event this weekend it was the S class!! It was so relaxing and so glade I found my way to Tiki!:)

Just got a spray tan in the versa for my graduation. I was a little hesitant at first but the girls at the front desk walked me through every step. Will definitely be back. I would love to get a spray tan by one of their technicians next.
