About Spartan Mixed Martial Arts

Spartan MMA offers a clean and safe environment for martial arts training. Coach Jon, a 3rd degree black belt, provides personal attention and focuses on practical BJJ techniques. The gym is welcoming to members of all skill levels and ages, fostering a strong sense of community. Students appreciate Jon's patience and ability to explain foundational moves clearly. Spartan MMA also offers a Muay Thai Kickboxing program.

my son has been going for a few weeks now. Coaches are very patient and caring. It's a great environment for the kids to learn and build up confidence. Can't say enough good things.

An excellent place to learn. Coach Jon and the rest of the Spartan family really make you feel welcome and at home on the mats. This is a wonderful spot for both children and adults to train safely. Top notch Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai techniques, in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re looking to get in shape, training to learn self defense, or competing in competitions; this is definitely the place I would recommend to get it all.

After procrastinating for a long time I finally said stop !! I wanted to be a better person so I joined spartan. From the top down all the ppl at spartan are awesome ppl. It doesn’t matter what belt you are everyone treats each other with respect and the higher belts always take the time to train with you and teach as long as you are willing to learn. The owner John is an incredible instructor and person. He will always give advice and train with you anytime you need. I couldn’t be happier for joining spartan All the instructors and classmates make you feel at home and sky is the limit as long as you put in the work. So I just wanna say thank you to all the staff and the ppl I train with for making me better.
