After wearing a boot and the bruises faded it still hurt to walk. My dr recommended physical therapy. I had my doubts but decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did! The physical therapists gave me exercises that fit my needs and I can say I no longer have pain while walking. 15 out of 10!

JAG provided Physical Therapy for a rotator cuff surgery I had in late Jan. Initially, my physician allocated 18 visits - which I thought were too much - and wouldnt want to do that many visits. So, at the end of the day, 18 visits wasnt enough, its a surgery which requires slow progress at first.

JAG was excellent from initial consultation to moving me along at the correct pace thruout my 3.5 month experience. All their Physical Therapists work hands on and provide exceptional therapy.

Additionally, I have to give credit to Dolly at the front desk - who was very aware, and proactive at reaching out to my healthcare provider so there were minimal lags...read full review

I damaged my Achilles heel tendon & was not able to walk a full stride without constant pain.
I honestly thought I was going to have to tailor my life to one of less physical activity because I'm a 'senior' now.
My podiatrist suggested JAG physical therapy on Monmouth Road in Ocean township. It's a great space, very clean, spacious & fully equipped. The entire group of folks working at this facility are warm, knowledgeable & friendly.
