I have been going to worlds of wellness for 8 months now, I could barely walk upon my first visit, Monique Bottalico was able to get me walking and enjoying life again. This past Easter weekend I pulled my back out doing yard work. I went to see Monique and I am again pain free if you are looking for help with aches and pains and not enjoying life due to pain in your body take my advice and go see Monique Bottalico at Words of wellness she has changed my life!
Where to begin. I arrived at the office not able to raise my right leg. Or bend it without a lighting bolt shoot down my leg. They where very professional and knowledgeable they asked about how I injured my leg. And then went to work on me. Pinpointed troubled areas. After the session I was able to raise my leg and bend my knee and the thunderbolt was gone. Highly recommend them!!
I feel like a new person after my massage! Didn’t know how much my body needed hands on. Kathy is great at stretching my body!!Love this place. Clean and professional establishment.
