Vogue Nails 1 LLC offers fast and friendly service, with accommodating staff that can help even when other places are closed. The pedicures have been praised for improving the condition of neglected nails and providing a relaxing experience. However, there have been issues with the manicures, including excessive "drilling" and uneven results. Some customers have experienced chipping and peeling within a few days of their pedicure. Despite these issues, one customer specifically recommended the pedicure service provided by "Jen." Overall, Vogue Nails 1 LLC provides a decent nail care experience, but there is room for improvement in the manicure service.
I went for a pedicure while on vacation and it was not a pleasant experience. Only 1 person was working, I had to wait a significant amount of time (2 people ahead of me), the lady was very rough pushing back the cuticles and it was painful. After only 5 days, one toe nail's polish chipped off. My kids went to Easy Nails 2 blocks over and the store was clean, inviting, and employees were engaging and friendly. There were 4 people working, they were $5 cheaper AND they were given a complementary beverage. I do not plan to go back to Vogue Nails in the future.
The service here was nice but within two days of a pedicure my big toe chipped and within less than a week several others are chipped and peeling. My at home pedicures last longer than this did. Disappointing. All cash place, also.
The service was fast and friendly. I was happy that they were able to accommodate me after everyone else seemed to be closed or closing. I loved my pedi, but my mani was not great. The tech spent half the time drilling alone. It was way too much drilling for a fill. Not to mention, the fill had gaps. Hopefully others will have a better experience, but I probably won't be back.
