I have had a great response from this company. Our pipes burst in February and they responded immediately to my call. I just needed someone to open a very tight valve for me yesterday, and a plumber was there in minutes to help me. I will definitely call upon them for future needs. Thank you for your great service.

Absolutely the worst! A long time customer and very disappointed! Can’t fix a simple ac issue and promises to call you back and never does! Stay clear of them. Bad service, bad communication. Sad a once great company that has bad service.

Very unprofessional. Didn't use them because they didn't show when expected and then every time I called, the woman who answered the phone said she had to talk to the plumber and it would be another day. Couldn't give me a date with even a window of their arrival. This went on for 5 days until I found another plumber who actually gave a date and time window. I would have been happy to wait the 5 days if Allegretto would have just given me that date to start with. Not helpful at all.
