Titanium Plumbing replaced my hot water heater and a few months later installed a new water softener and filter. Their work is excellent and so are their people. After an initial visit when our water pressure issue could not be resolved the owner came iout to address the problem at no charge. He determined the issue and Luis A. was the technician that installed our new water softener and filter. He was the most poite and considerate vendor I have ever had in the 20 years I've owned my home. Additionally, his work was excellent. My heating/HVAC person commented on what a quality job Luis did. We appreciated being told up front about the emergency charge for when I initially called if we needed them same day. Being able to wait until their next appointment time, we avoided that fee and upon arrival were given an estimate after seeing the issue. We had a great experience - Bill was knowledgeable and professional. He fixed everything efficiently and made sure to be mindful of keeping his work space tidy. We will be sure to use Titanium again for our future needs and be sure to recommend!
I used Titanium in the past and I called them again to install 2 gas lines in my new yard and a few water lines. They quickly came with reasonable quote.
John O was very professional and extreme knowledgeable. My kids enjoyed watching him work and asking him a ton of questions. He came when the town came for inspection. The work was done with ease and no issues. I will never hesitate to call them for all the work I need done. They are my go to for all plumbing and heating. Reliable, affordable, professional and great communicators.
