I had Titanium Plumbing service my Utica SSC boiler, and it was an absolute nightmare. They sent an unlicensed technician who charged me $700 for “service” but intentionally disrupted the system. After his visit, there was a strong smell of gas, and he gave me a quote of $1,300 to fix an A01 error that did not exist before.
Before Titanium Plumbing came, my boiler was working perfectly. Because of the technician Bill incompetence, I am now replacing the boiler at a cost of $16,000, we have no heat. When I called them to fix the issue, they refused to help unless I paid the $1,300 on top of the $700 I already paid.
Warning: If you hire Titanium Plumbing, make sure to check that the technician is licensed. If they are not licensed, do NOT use them for high-efficiency boiler service.
I strongly do not recommend Titanium Plumbing. Unlicensed, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Shame on them for ripping off

Titanium Plumbing replaced my hot water heater and a few months later installed a new water softener and filter. Their work is excellent and so are their people. After an initial visit when our water pressure issue could not be resolved the owner came iout to address the problem at no charge. He determined the issue and Luis A. was the technician that installed our new water softener and filter. He was the most poite and considerate vendor I have ever had in the 20 years I've owned my home. Additionally, his work was excellent. My heating/HVAC person commented on what a quality job Luis did. Luis also took the time to explain how the system worked, etc. I highly recommend Titianium Plumbing!

We appreciated being told up front about the emergency charge for when I initially called if we needed them same day. Being able to wait until their next appointment time, we avoided that fee and upon arrival were given an estimate after seeing the issue. We had a great experience - Bill was knowledgeable and professional. He fixed everything efficiently and made sure to be mindful of keeping his work space tidy. We will be sure to use Titanium again for our future needs and be sure to recommend!
