“My wife and I hired LA Design & Construction for home renovations - complete redoing of a bathroom, a new HVAC (split unit) system, painting, new light fixtures, and more. We were VERY happy with their work / services. They communicated clearly, the project managers were a pleasure to deal with, their budgets for materials were realistic, their interior designer was very helpful and patient, and they made sure our satisfaction was top priority. Any little thing that wasn't to our satisfaction was addressed in a timely manner. We were nervous about hiring a contractor, but they earned our trust for future work.“

“Pete and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior renovation (new roof, siding, windows, and gutters) of our home.

The crews showed up on site, when he stated they would and worked straight until they completed the entire job, including Saturdays. Their attention to detail, was incredible, they even went as far as matching the color of the gable vents to the new siding vs the standard white vent on every other home. All holes and corners were filled or caulked with color matched caulk. Every fixture had a white mounting block installed. They used high quality material and the installation was spot-on.

At the end of the job, Pete did a full walk-thru with us and identified a couple minor 'punchlist' items. His crew came back the next day to address the issues. Pete even sent his guys back a few months after their contract was complete to add a dryer vent on our addition that I forgot to ask for while they were here.

Their estimate, contract, and payment terms were clear and fair.

We are very satisfied with the work completed by PJ Sullivan Exteriors and the timeframe in which it was completed.

“Excellent company to do business with! They worked quickly and met every expectation. This was the second siding job I have done with them and just like the first one they did not disappoint. All of the employees were very polite and made sure that I was fully satisfied with the work. But with every big project there can always be complications that arise. We had a small issue with my tenants air conditioning unit mid way through the project but Bruce was very attentive and made sure to correct the issue asap so that my tenant didn’t have to spend too much time in a hot apartment. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work and will always recommend them to anyone looking to repair/replace the siding in their home.“

I was so impressed with Sal, that I asked them do an entire new roof on my Mother's home. They did a fantastic job. Looks great. We had a bad leak that took 3 tries to fix. Didn't stop Sal until he figured it out! Turns out it was not the roof, but an old bathroom pipe that was cracked. That is Excellent Customer Service!!!
