“It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “A few years ago, we had a leak in our kitchen after a heavy rain. A friend recommended Blue Nail. We contacted them, one of the reps came out, checked the roof, going into the attic plus sending up drones taking pictures. What impressed us at that time was his response to the leak - rather than telling us we needed a new roof immediately, he stated "we had a few good years left on this roof and it was probably just the storm since it blew sideways." So here we are in Jan 2024, another rain and windstorm but this time we lost many shingles on our 25-year-old roof. So now the "few good years" are gone, and Blue Nail came immediately to mind. We were able to make an appt within a few days, and got started on the project of roof and gutter replacements almost immediately, roof replaced in one day, gutters replaced two days later. No muss, no fuss. All individuals we dealt with were a pleasure. We're so glad our friend recommended Blue Nail so highly.“

“I first met Dave while I was walking my dog and was very impressed with his gutter making machine and I inquired I instantly noticed how clean their crew worked and when I asked a question, Dave seemed extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious that he took pride in his work. I reached out to them several weeks later for an estimate. The price seemed extremely fair within a week they were installing at my own home, addressing my concerns for a larger gutter and down pipes to combat the heavy rains. We’ve been having in addition installing gutter toppers that look hands-down better than the ones that were previously installed. “We purchased our home in 2021. It was the original siding and thanks to a few good storms we lost some of it. Come to find out we had some other issues going on under it. We decided to remodel our exterior and upgrade the front of our home with stone work. After getting referrals from neighbors we received 4 quotes, all great companies. We decide to go with Tri -State, not because of the price, but there representative Jordan was very patient with us. He didn’t try to sell us on anything but instead took the time to walk us through the project, explain what the materials were and why they were important. He gave us options to not only choose from but that would work within our budget. He made himself available to us at all hours of the day and night and worked on getting us samples so we had something to physically see and compare. Choosing siding and stone is not easy from a magazine. Jordon also took the time to find homes they had worked on and showed us photos of the final product, really helping us visualize it on our home and bring it all together. The staff at Tri-State were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our project manager was also outstanding. Marcelo was here on day one and came throughout the project. He kept an open line of communication with us, which in our opinion, is very important. We did come across a couple minor issues but each one was addressed and corrected immediately. Marcelo came out personally on his day off to address them. This made things very easy for us. Our overall experience was great and we LOVE how our exterior came out. In our experience we can say when Tri-State says they stand by there product and work, they truly mean it. The Tri-State team was outstanding and we highly recommend them for any projects you may have. Out of all the quotes we received they were fair and offered a great finance plan, if one is need for your project.
