Absolutely would recommend Marc & Pilot Home Inspection to anyone! He was extremely easy to get ahold of, & made our inspection appointment promptly. He showed up early and was very patient when our realtor decided to show up 20 minutes late to open the house. He inspected everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood everything he needed to point out. He happily gave us recommendations & provided our report just several hours later. Mark is very professional, attentive and cares about his clients safety. You be fool not to hire him. He cares about what he does it's not just a job to him and because of that he pays attention to the smallest of details. I was worried about the age of the roof and so glad he also uses a second measure a drone to inspect the roof. He is a wealth of knowledge and will give you his honest advisement. He wants his clients to be safe and it shows right off the bat when you speak to him. A 100 times over I will use him again
