I had Dave come out to look at my broken water heater and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. Dave, was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with the unit. Instead of trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need, he gave straightforward advice and focused on the best solution for the situation.
It’s rare these days to find someone who values honesty and customer service the way he did. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Despite the failure in communication from dispatch and not informing me of any complications on their end, the tech who did arrive and assisted with my requirements was very thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would highly recommend Louie Tobi for his professionalism and capabilities.
