I had Dave come out to look at my broken water heater and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. Dave, was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with the unit. Despite the failure in communication from dispatch and not informing me of any complications on their end, the tech who did arrive and assisted with my requirements was very thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would highly recommend Louie Tobi for his professionalism and capabilities.
The only plumbing service I will use. Dave is a true craftsman who has an incredible amount of knowledge of all things plumbing and takes pride in his work. I trust Dave and his work. I never have to worry about who is going to show up, the quality of work being done or being sold things/services I don’t need.
