We could not be happier! Our AC system is 6 years old and regularly maintained but stopped working this year (warranty expired last year). The company we used for our maintenance plan performed the annual service but could not diagnose the error and the system was not working. I called multiple companies but no one wanted to devote the time and effort to fix it but happy to replace the $15,000 system. The internet (especially YouTube) said my problem was the thermostat was no longer communicating but can’t be fixed because everything is proprietary with this system. They came out same day during the first heat wave of summer! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was professional and Ed was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was invested in the job, patient, and kind with me throughout the repair and his advice was valuable. I would refer Monster Mechanical to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat.

When our air conditioning unit didn’t start in April Ed and his son Jared came over right away to diagnose the problem. While not good news for our AC, Ed made the whole process easy and was able to fit us in quickly since we did not have a working system for the unseasonably hot days ahead. Excellent communication and attention to detail throughout. Would highly recommend them and was happy to support a local business.
