Me and my girlfriend always go here and it’s the best experience. We both always see Jen and our cuts always come out so good. She’s super nice and funny and we always feel comfortable coming and hanging out. Definitely recommend everyone go here
This place is a gem! Jennifer was amazing. I went in a little skeptical because I have had no luck with coloring in NJ. After going through a few places I almost gave up till I came across Nine28. The color was on point including the cut. I found my place in NJ.
I’ve been looking for a home for my hair care, color, cut, etc. I started researching local salons and found Salon928 and read the reviews. I took a leap of faith and so glad I did.
