One year ago I realized something was wrong with my once Iron-stomach. I found Dr. Holly Hagglund, and with testing discovered that it was in fact the dreaded SIBO.
I'd seen the statistics, read the horror stories, and I'll admit I was worried. But, I stuck to the plan! We tinkered with it when needed - and no matter how sleep deprived or sad-because-I-can't-eat-____-food-right-now I was, she got me through it.
