Lulu Hair Salon, with stylist Joy, receives high praise from clients. One client had a problem with hair style since hair loss began, but after a perm and hair cut became a new man. Another client was incredibly happy with a new look, as Joy exceeded expectations. A client was very satisfied with a haircut exactly as wanted, and the hair wash feels like a massage. A new client was excited to try the salon after moving from the city and was not disappointed; Joy took time to discuss what was wanted, and the highlights look natural and soft. One client has seen her for 12 years, noting she is a good listener, kind and professional, and a teenager also said she has better skill. Joy is absolutely amazing; she takes great pride in her work, is patient, and listens intently to make sure clients are happy. Highly recommended.
I was very excited to try out this new hair salon. When we moved from the city I had a hard time finding a stylist nearby that didn't charge $100 for a cut. Needles to say I was not disappointed. I loved that she took time to discuss what I wanted. I absolutely love my haircut. I got highlights done as well and love how natural and soft the color looks. She really takes her time and does a fantastic job.
Joy is absolutely amazing! I’ve followed her for years at Palisades park & now to Norwood, literally an hour from home! What I love about her is that she takes great pride in what she does. She’s patient & listens intently to what her clients want & makes sure her clients are happy with her work before walking out. I’d highly recommend her!
Hands down the best hair salon in the area! Joy was great. She was very careful choosing the products for my sensitive skin. The hair color came out just perfect. She also understands the right hairstyle for my face shape. I left feeling young and beautiful.
