Was selling a house and when we removed an area rug we found the floor was discolored. Tom came to us very quickly to give us advice on what could be done to repair the problem. He thought we could stain the floor darker to eliminate the differences. He knew that we weren't going to do the work unless we had to, but he spent a great deal of time with us to ease our apprehension about selling the house. He also sent us proposals with options to alleviate the problem. Anyone who would do that is the one I would go to get any flooring work done!Service: Restoration
