Andrew and his staff are absolutely amazing. During such an extremely difficult time in life, planning a loved one’s funeral. They are compassionate, caring, helpful, and supportive in every way possible. They go above and beyond to help you. I can honestly say I felt so calm and relaxed when speaking with Andrew. He made me feel comfortable and the care he had for my mother, in preparation for her funeral was outstanding. He also doesn’t try to push additional sales on you. He doesn’t make you feel pressured in anyway. He is willing to help in every way to make sure your loved one has a beautiful send off. I truly cannot say enough good things about him. Jefferies & Keates Funeral Home in Northfield was a blessing when my husband passed away on Groundhogs Day of this year. They helped me with all the arrangements and answered all my questions about what to do next. They really took care of his body. He looked like himself. They have beautiful urns and price in reason. I’ve unfortunately have dealt with Keates funeral home three times in the last ten years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Andrew and Richard have been top of the line professional yet compassionate through every process. Burying a loved one is never easy but walking into their office you know everything will be handled and every decision comes from the heart. No matter when I called or messaged Andrew he would answer promptly and professionally. I always say when I leave “I hope I don’t see you soon” but if I do I know it will be handled with love.
