“I was on vacation but needed to work a little bit from my laptop. Of course, that was the week that my computer decided to act up. I called Scott, who happened to be leaving his office for a couple hours, but he told me that he'd personally come get my computer, instead of me having to wait a couple hours until he retuned the the office. He was clear with his timeline, communicated and updated throughout the process and was fair with his pricing. Great experience all around! Thanks Scott!”
