Eric is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He will explain problems and fixes in a way technology clueless people like myself will understand. He responds very quickly to your calls and texts. I highly recommend Eric!
Tried to build my own PC. Couldn’t get it to work despite 7 hours of troubleshooting. Brought it to him and not only did he figure out the problem almost right away, he also downloaded all the software I needed as well to have an operational PC. Was only about 1 1/2 hours for everything but he refused to charge me for more than an hour. I paid him for 2 anyways, it was worth it. He’s #1 if I ever have anymore computer problems.
Eric expertly assisted me in the purchase of a new computer system in November of 2025. He came to my home & set the system up including the HP All In One printer. Eric is also available 7 days a week, for any issues or concerns that I may have. That service alone is a godsend to me, since I work many times into the evening. Eric’s fees are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Eric Berlin to any individual &/or business that needs IT consulting & service.
