It's clear both are highly skilled and have done a lot of quality reps by how they work. I had oral surgery and I felt nothing at all during the procedure. Dr Lee always asked how I was doing and if I was ok. She worked efficiently and with intent and I can tell she was focused and had great workflow. She was clear about what the issues were and how to work through them properly. Darwin helped with the payment strategy and he was excellent. Everything was low friction and easy. I hold professionals to high standards and everyone here was kind and operated pro. I am very happy I found them and I would recommend them if your looking.“

During my Invisalign journey they were so patient with all of my questions and laid out the plan very clearly. Everything was explained in full detail from the dental/ortho plan to the billing so that there were no surprises. Susan was the absolute best. When I received a quote from a periodontist on the work needed, she walked me through each item lined by line to educate me on what it was, why it was important, and emphasized the general importance I need to place in completing this work for my long-term health.

She spent 30 minutes on the phone with me to ensure I understood everything about the procedures, insurance process, difference between in-network and out-of-network, and if a second opinion was important.
