My daughter likes that Dr Jen is very calming and gave her a break at one point during her cleaning. She likes that she can pick out a movie to watch and relax with sunglasses while getting her teeth cleaned. She said she wishes there could be more of a selection of prizes for her age group (10 year old) such as bigger writing tools, a journal, or chapter books, but liked seeing the accessory selection. We like that Dr Jen, Dr Skye and their team always take notes of what does and doesn’t work with our sensitive daughter so they know what to try for the next visit.
My son is a super sensitive child and requires an extra gentle approach. Dr Jen is fantastic and the entire practice creates such a fun, warm environment. My only wish is that they would take adults! But seriously, this place is built for kids to establish a positive experience with their dental care. From how the practice is designed (like you’re in a Star Wars spaceship) to the TVs on the ceiling, your kid won’t want to leave.
