All staff were kind, helpful and professional. Dr Lee and Anna were both excellent and seemed to work well in tandem. It's clear both are highly skilled and have done a lot of quality reps by how they work. I had oral surgery and I felt nothing at all during the procedure. Dr Lee always asked how I was doing and if I was ok. She worked efficiently and with intent and I can tell she was focused and had great workflow. She was clear about what the issues were and how to work through them properly. Darwin helped with the payment strategy and he was excellent. Everything was low friction and easy. The best experience ever, never thought I can smile with confidence again. Geovanna was so helpful, and work hard to get my smile to where it is now. Definitely recommend this place and every dentist in the world should have someone as helpful and as understanding as Geovanna.
The first interaction of my most recent visit at Brilliant Smiles in North Plainfield, NJ, was with
the office manager Amalia. Amalia was professional, showed a genuine concern, and was very attentive to my needs. Next was with Pamela at the receptionist desk who was a polite, warm and caring host while I was sitting in the waiting room. Reina, the dental hygienist gave me a thorough, gentle cleaning. Reina was wonderful, there is no other way to say it. The assistants, Ana and Raque took pride in their duties, made sure that I was always comfortable, and were absolutely fantastic.
