“Living halfway up a small mountain, I've always had a wet yard but for the first time, I started getting water in my home. It didn't help that there was a crack and small hole in the foundation. I had a few "waterproofing" companies come look, both recommending French drains outside. Tom came and looked at the situation, but he viewed it in an entirely different way with a more holistic approach to the entire yard. They regraded the property along the rear of the house, brought in more rock to an existing dog run, cleaned up a decades old pipe along the rear of the property, created a swale, covered the drainpipe with more rock, and smoothed out an extremely rocky "walkway" into the yard. It's been so wet the last few weeks that there is a constant trickle into the yard, ending in a huge pond at the foot of the stairs, which immediately was re-routed to the edge of the yard, away from the house. As Tom said, the best way to keep water out of the house is to keep water away from the house. I'll know for sure the next time we have heavy rain, but it looks great, and it definitely seems like it will make a huge difference in the flow. They came in quickly, worked extremely hard in cold weather, and got it all done in a day. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. Not to mention, there was another part of the proposal but once they started, Tom and his brother were of the opinion that it wouldn't be necessary, saving me hundreds of dollars, which, given the cost to do a job of this size was truly appreciated. If you need hardscape landscaping, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.“

After 90+ truckloads of dirt with mazes of trenches for plumbing, electric, gas, and once the retaining walls, patio, landscaping was finished, it was nothing short of spectacular. Darlene in the office was very helpful with communication. Lorenzo was always at the property handling any issues. My wife and I were very happy .“

“Luis and team are finishing up a pretty substantial project at our home which included expanding a patio, an outdoor kitchen, pergola and fireplace. However, thanks to the owner's care and construction, we were able to create a really nice front and back yard as if it were his own home. The scope of the construction was wide and overwhelming, and when we didn't know what to do, the owner made sensible recommendations on how to announce it, and a harmonious and beautiful house was completed. The house has become so complete and harmonious that everyone who comes to the house is surprised that it is a completely different house. They worked very diligently during construction, and even after completion of construction, they responsibly checked on the condition of the house from time to time.
