I walked into Fire Shaper North Haledon Hot Yoga Studio - a Zen Inferno - 15+ years ago with a Groupon, and never stopped. I was looking for something to tweak my kickboxing, Pilates, and spin, and I experienced so much more.
The teachers are exceptional - deeply knowledgeable, calm, encouraging, attentive, and with the sweetest voices coax and guide you into poses with ninja stealth that make you question every life choice that led you here. I have been practicing with Caryn for over twenty years, and that alone speaks volumes. In a world where loyalty is rare and consistency is rarer, she has remained a constant a teacher whose guidance transcends the mat. She doesn’t just instruct; she holds space, she challenges you with intention, and she meets you exactly where you are. I would follow her into any studio, in any town, without hesitation.

Fire Shaper is hands down the best yoga studio. The instructors bring so much knowledge, care, and intention into every class, making each experience feel unique and special. I look forward to every single class, and this practice has truly changed my life.
