The repair man was nice and kind but I feel it's terrible that it cost $150 when you can't get your dryer repaired without it costing possibly 500. And then it is smarter to purchase a new one and i am already out

Tech was professional, explained problem clearly.
He did the work necessary but was not very personable. I don’t know whether it is you automatic on line booking program of the technician, but I was scheduled for 8 to 12 today and he arrived at 1:30. I was close to rescheduling.
