Very well run and personalized operation. My wife and I are here just about every week 5-6 days. Friendly personnel with a variety of classes for my wife and gym equipment, upper and lower body, for me. I highly recommend this gym.

Five stars for atmosphere and management but I cannot in good conscience let it slide that in the new sauna build there is pressure treated lumber. DO NOT breathe this in!!! Please north beach address this issue. This lumber is NOT recommended even for regular indoor use.

Big Ben is the bestest, baddest, strongest, manager you could ever ask for.
