Easiest construction company to work with. Rich Stearn, one of two owner brothers, was great to work with they are almost up to 6 houses done in my HOA, with more expected. He did the estimates, interfaced as to dates, installed my fan, a pleasure to with. Roberto and his crew were very nice fellas, and I kept all hydrated in the heat. He never minded my questions, or observations of them working. I had a new roof, plus all new gutters and downspouts and gutter guards, all at a reasonable price.
Rich is the most honest guy that I have met in the construction business. I would highly recommend him and his roofing services to anyone. His crew completed the entire roofing job in 2 days. His pricing was amazing and tranparent. I like his old school style of shaking hands and conducting a business sale.
Stern Brothers is an excellent roofing company I would recommend to anyone. I liked the fact the owners are hands on and use employees instead of third parties. Some of their employees have worked there for over 20 years. Honest, professional and reliable
