Ruby Memorial provided excellent funeral services during a very difficult time in our lives. Entire staff is kind, gentle and caring. Christine is absolutely amazing Funeral Director and very knowledgeable about Hindu traditions and rituals. Her leadership and demeanor is commendable and really shows in how careful, respectful and detail-oriented she is towards the deceased and grieving family. The service, preparations, ceremony and closing were all outstanding and seamless. There aren't enough stars on this review to indicate exactly how much I recommend Ruby Memorial. Ramez Malak brought a special and incomparable Orthodox Christian touch to an otherwise heartbreaking and traumatic experience - the loss of my mother. From start to follow up (the administrative aspect that follows the passing of a person), Ruby Memorial via Ramez Malak is second to none in respect of consideration, care, compassion, diligence, reasonableness and special attention to the needs/requirements of Orthodox Christians. The quality of the service is coupled with quality of the material aspects of a funeral in a cost effective but completely high quality way. Flowers, casket, prayer cards, hearse, entombment (in my mother's case), etc. - all top of the line. With that, I can say that my mother was laid to rest with the dignity and special expectations that any Orthodox Christian might hope for.
