Had to deal with an emergency leak from my toilet, not only did the tech find where but fixed it quickly on a Sunday with no issue. I was concerned it was actually in the wall so was willing to pay for Sunday rates.

Remm has been our Church's plumbing and hvac partner for many years... they have always been professional & experienced, responsive & courteous! Today they were exactly that... We have operated a New Brunswick Public School System Preschool for over 20-years, and our legacy (i.e., 12-yr-old) hot water heater for our boy's & girls bathrooms failed and was leaking badly from the ceiling, where it was located! we called Reem at about 9:30am, their tech arrived shortly after, diagnosed the problem, and had us running again by 2pm--which included ordering and installing the new replacement unit!
First time customer, they definitely fixed the problem in my kitchen sink,What I was not aware off was travel time to your residence and travel time from your residence back to their facility is also billed ( sort of a meter when the car starts)also any equipment used is also billed + the $160 an hour to inspect the problem. Overall fast scheduling, the customer support team were quick to get someone out to my home and quick to rectify an inconvenience in my invoice. Over all problem was fixed.
