I came in as a walk in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The woman who was my nail tech asked me to set my hands in a bowl of water while she filed the old gel off my toes under the table which was odd. When she finished, she began my hands and I asked for a pale blue gel color. When she finished filing my nails she went very short and it was very uneven. She then proceeded to put 5 layers of blue gel on my nails very messy to the point where It was all over my skin. I asked her to fix it before putting it in the light where she told me “it’s okay, put them in the light your nails are short which is why it looks that way”. I recently visited Prestige Nail, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The salon was unclean, and dust visible on the floor and workstations. The staff were unprofessional and seemed uninterested in providing quality service. My nail technician was rough and careless and rude. The guy at the reception asked us to pick up a nail paint and then other lady came and told us not to touch any nail paint. They didn’t put the liquid in my cousin’s pedicure tub even after asking them. We had to wait for half an hour before over pedicure. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I have never witnessed this level of unprofessional business handling in my life. I had been to this nail salon two times before (always as a walk in) the first time I had a decent pedicure which I asked for the girls name so I could return, the second time was just ok. In anticipation for an event I have to attend tonight I called earlier in the week to make an appointment for Friday night at 6:30. When I left work on Friday there was a horrible accident that caused me to sit in traffic and I called to reschedule my appointment about 45 minutes prior to the appointment.
