I had an outstanding experience at Optical View, thanks to Polina. From the very first phone call, she was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful.
Polina went above and beyond. She took the time to help me choose the right frame, explained the lens options clearly, and showed excellent knowledge of both frames and lenses. It felt like a true consultation, not a rushed sale.
My wife was with me during the visit, and we were both extremely pleased with the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Customer service like this is rare, and Polina truly stands out.

This is a very good place to have your eyes examined and to get your glasses this is the second time I’ve had my eyes examined and second pair of glasses highly recommend this place very pleased with them and very pleasant to deal with the optometrist I can’t remember his name is very professional and really takes the time to examine and explain everything and Polina is very helpful and also took the time to explain the differences of the lenses. The frames I wanted were the same that I have gotten before but she didn’t have them in stock so she had to order them. They came in very fast and I had to make sure that they were the same because she had 2 different...read full review
If you getting prescription for glasses here don’t let them up price you with add ons you don’t even need but other than that this place is good. 600 for glasses I’m taking good care of these glasses for sure!! 🤓
