I’ve been bringing my cats, dog, and bunnies to this clinic for the past six years, and I continue to be impressed with the level of care they provide. The doctors and staff are compassionate, thorough, and highly knowledgeable, and I always feel confident that my pets are in excellent hands. Both of my bunnies were recently neutered here and recovered smoothly — the procedure was comprehensive, and their pain medication and after-care were clearly explained. Their pricing is fair, and the quality of care is truly exceptional. I’m deeply grateful for this team and the kindness they consistently show my babies. Thank you, Faith Vet ❤️

I used to take my animals here. I began to take my animals here around 5 years ago. I always had some issues with this vet. Really pushy about taking extra expensive exams, when it wasn’t unnecessary. It really bothered me looking at the receipt and seeing a $5 dollar charge for a cotton swab. I didn’t release how bad this vet was until I went to a different one that I know love. I always spend at least $150 per pet, per appointment. Super pricey, other vets charge far less and offer payment options when necessary. They should list their prices online, otherwise it wouldn’t be a guessing game every time I went.

For NEW patients or anyone considering:
Working in the medical field makes you very aware of how situations should be handled, especially when you are the patient. Ironically, this clinic was a referral, which makes this experience even more disappointing as a newcomer.
My dog had an initial appointment with Dr. Raj for a lab test that had been scheduled 2–3 weeks in advance. This test required a specific injection that needed to be ordered ahead of time. This information was not something I researched on my own, it was actually discussed directly between Dr. Raj and myself during a 30 minute call and a separate 20 minute callback from him. During that conversation, he emphasized the importance of confirming the appointment so the injection would not be ordered unnecessarily. I confirmed the appointment over the phone with Dr. Raj and his assistant for a Monday at 8:45 am
The day of the appointment, we arrived on time only to find the clinic closed. I should have taken this as an early sign of the clinic’s lack of organization and customer service, but as a loving pet owner who needed this test done, I continued. At 9 am, the first vet tech arrived and let me and two other waiting patients inside.
At the reception desk, I was asked why I was there. I explained the reason for my appointment and the test that needed to be performed. This same question “Why are you here?” was asked a total of five times during the one hour I spent inside the clinic. I continued to patiently explain myself each time.
Once we were placed in an exam room, a vet tech conducted triage and reviewed my dog’s medical history and medications. About 10 minutes later, Dr. Raj came in, introduced himself, and reviewed a few details. He then began setting up for the test. Up until this point, everyone including Dr. Raj and the staff appeared confident that the test would be completed. Five minutes later, Dr. Raj returned with a tech, closed the door, and informed me that they did not have the injection and therefore could not perform the test.
As mentioned earlier, Dr. Raj and I personally discussed this test multiple times over the phone prior to the appointment. So imagine my surprise when he admitted they “did not order” the injection. To make matters worse, he attempted to shift the blame by saying, “You should have received a call yesterday to confirm your appointment.” I offered to showed him my call log, proving that no one had called me, not the day before, nor at any point after our initial conversation. That excuse fell apart quickly and revealed a complete lack of accountability.
I took a day off work and drove 45 minutes for this appointment. The audacity to then offer me another appointment after such a failure was shocking. The repeated apologies did not make up for the wasted time, poor communication, and unprofessionalism especially considering this was my first impression of the clinic. Honestly, I am GRATEFUL the test was not done here. This experience showed me that the lack of responsibility and communication between the doctor and staff could have put my dog at risk.
I hope this review helps others choose a clinic or veterinarian who genuinely cares about their fur babies and their owners. And I hope it serves as a lesson in basic decency and customer service. Faith Veterinary Clinic please do not reach out with calls or apologies. The service you provided that day and continuous negative reviews speaks for itself.

Poor customer service, people at the front desk are rude, doctors are rude and they have no respect for your time. I haven’t been in this place for 2 years because of the above mentioned reasons. I found a better place, friendly doctors and I’m sure I’ll find someone else who can fill my dog’s prescription too.

I am truly thankful for the staff, and for the doctor words cannot express the gratitude I have for Faith veterinary clinic I’ve been bringing my dog here for the last two years. She’s had an unknown condition where she randomly breaks out loses fur, and her paws get inflamed. I was working with this doctor Raj and he truly cares for animals. There was times where I thought I’d give up and he encouraged me to continue to fight for my dog. I recently went to the clinic last week asking for help with any sort of medication. I did some extensive research myself as to what can possibly be wrong with my animal, and the doctor truly heard my concerns helped me come up with a collaborative solution and within two days the prescription he prescribed my dog Work immediately after two years of taking a close look at her ruling out a lot of Other diagnosis, I truly think we hit the nail on the head with her medical condition and I am truly Thankful for the staff for not treating me any different and my times of frustration and being my support system through her unknown medical condition Just a huge thank you again to the staff and the doctor. I will add pictures of my dog before and Upload pictures of her after results tomorrow

I’m extremely disappointed with the care my German Shepherd received here. I brought her in for what was clearly an infection in her leg, but instead of focusing on that, the first veterinarian (a visiting vet, not the main one) insisted on checking for a fracture and pushed for extra tests and add-ons. Over the course of three separate visits, I ended up seeing three different veterinarians, each giving a completely different diagnosis and prescribing different medications. After spending close to $1,000, my dog still didn’t have an accurate diagnosis and continued to get worse.
They finally did a culture test and told me results would take 3–5 business days. Meanwhile, my dog developed a fever and her condition declined. When I followed up, I was told the results wouldn’t come back until nine days later, which is much longer than what I was originally told. Even after witnessing her decline multiple times, they never gave consistent treatment or any clear direction — and now, after all this, they’re recommending I go to an emergency vet.
This entire experience has felt unorganized, careless, and expensive. I would not recommend this location based on the lack of continuity, misdiagnosis, and poor communication.

I was new to this clinic so after reading some nice reviews I called in advance to make an appt for my cat to be neutered. At that time, they let me know that I could drop my cat off at 8:45, which was important to me as a working individual. Upon arriving, they had me wait 30 minutes because the vet was not yet there, and I was told I wasn’t allowed to leave my pet there until the vet arrived. Once the vet arrived, they briefly looked at my cat and let me know they would be in touch when the procedure was over. They called me back four hours earlier than expected to let me know that the procedure was finished and I could come pick up my pet. I picked him up and it was clear to me that he should have stayed in the clinic’s care for a few more hours due to the amount of anesthesia he was on. Before we left to head home, one of the vet techs let me know that there is a chance he would continue his male type behavior, since it takes some time for the hormones to change back. I waited to see a difference and at point, I am convinced that my cat was not fully neutered due to his behavior in the house. I am very dissatisfied with this clinic as a whole - from sending my cat home when he couldn’t even stand without falling over, to the fact that I don’t even think the surgery was completed.

If I could give negative stars I would absolutely disgusting establishment I don’t know how they can say they care about pets when they themselves are so aggressive with them, took my cat here and they were extremely extremely aggressive with her had untrained kids holding her down to the point when I brought her home she was limping and still is limping a few days after. I asked to bring her back to have her checked up and they refused which is ILLEGAL btw. I will be seeking legal action to the best of my ability do not recommend anyone go here and after what I I’ve seen from others aswell ESPECIALLY not for surgery.

Im glad I am looking at these reviews I went for my dogs allergies and I was helped by some doctor I’ve never seen before and his partner right away they ripped my dog out my arms and the guy stood there looking at me, they weren’t performing anything on him yet. I was told prior my dog might have had a food allergy by a different doctor and the doctor that I had that day wouldn’t let me speak and just spoke over me. Not only that he proceeded to show me a test he did on a different dog, not my dog so how would he know. After that I asked for a nail trim and i was so uncomfortable looking at my dog both people held my dog by both feet and hands and layed him down like he was a reactive dangerous dog and my dog is the friendliest ever he never bites anybody they muzzled him and even cut him multiple times. Never seen some place so disgusting and unprofessional… looks like those two doctors probably don’t even have any type of degree. Will never be coming back
