After listening to hour-long sales pitches from large corporate HVAC companies to replace our HVAC, Ken Alexander showed up. In 10 minutes he provided an estimate for a comparable system which was about $10,000 less than the estimates we received. In contrast to the other companies, there was no pressure sales pitch, just a conversation about our options. My wife calls him “a nice man” and a “straight shooter.” I call him a regular guy.
