I had a appointment and I was seen no later than 10 minutes after my scheduled time which is not a big deal. Jennifer started on my pedi which is my second one from her. She has done a great job both times. Then I was hesitant on getting my nails done but I figured we’ll im already here I mind as well go all the way. I didn’t think they would be able to do the design I wanted based on reviews. But I went along and tried anyway. So I sat down and Julie my nail tech did a beautiful job. She was pleasant to speak with and made sure I was comfortable the entire time as well as kept checking to be sure this is what I wanted. well... what can I say this place is great great Customer service and they will never shun you out even if don't have appt... like other place that I know.. love the atmosphere very welcoming and friendly, we'll definitely recommend this place -
