Firstly I give two stars for allowing walk in appointments and the staff being kind. But that’s where the good part ends. Zero knowledge on how to prep the nail. They didn’t push my cuticle. The way they shaped my acrylic nail looks flat and horrible. The color ranges are also sooo basic. On top of that they charge $45! I would personally pay $25 for this type of work. I had a appointment and I was seen no later than 10 minutes after my scheduled time which is not a big deal. Jennifer started on my pedi which is my second one from her. She has done a great job both times. Then I was hesitant on getting my nails done but I figured we’ll im already here I mind as well go all the way. I didn’t think they would be able to do the design I wanted based on reviews. But I went along and tried anyway. So I sat down and Julie my nail tech did a beautiful job.
