I ordered late on a Friday night on their website. I called the next day to confirm delivery would be made and they hadn't looked at the order yet. I was promised a delivery by 3:00 pm. That wasn't going to happen, so we changed things up a bit, and they made it happen. The person assisting me was a very nice person and very accommodating. Just make sure you order a few days in advance to avoid the confusion.
