First time, haircut was great BUT stylist Alba constantly complained that I need a longer appointment because my hair is so thick. Second time I booked a longer appointment. Alba had time so she was happy to upsell me to color/highlight as well. However, the third time was a disaster. All I needed was the same haircut, just shorter with long bangs. I showed her a picture but I ended up with no layers and chopped bangs! To finish it off her complaining about my thick hair was excessive…”you have too much hair”, “my arms hurt from blow drying and straightening your hair”, “next time make an early morning appointment so my arms are fresh”, and I guess she didn’t realize I could see her in the mirror complaining about my hair to others. She also forgot I speak Spanish so I heard comments as well. I drive an hour and a half just to get there and I tip well but I’m definitely done with Jagged Edge. She’s just not professional talking about me like that.

This is my daughter Alicia favorite place , and Dany stylist he is the best for making her beautiful style looking 80s , I recommend the beauty salon because they have experience and the best customer service. Thanks
