Benny fixed the Roto frank lock of our patio door. This is a lock that is no longer manufactured. 4 other vendors from Hoboken and Jersey City came to check the locks (and charged us money in some cases too) and could not do anything. Benny came in, worked on it, did not give up and in the end, fixed the lock that was unfixable by at least 4 other highly reviewed vendors in Hoboken. Fantastic, timely, reasonably priced and, most importantly, competent locksmith. Best in class!
