There was damage caused our driveway on January 2, 2019 when the the dumpster was picked up. The driver admitted to causing the damage and I contacted Natalia from the damage control department. I have emailed and called her numerous times which she only replied once to my emails that have pictures attached. She stated that she was told by her site manager that the damaged caused by dragging the dumpster would have to be repaved and not just patched. Natalia then informed me that there's basically nothing that can be done and that we are stuck with this hole in our driveway. I decided to email Mike Cardella who then phoned me on January 31st. He listened to my side of the complaint and rectified the problem by giving us a credit. He was professional and courteous. I have edited this review from a one star to a five star. We will be using their service again.

Cardella Waste was a pleasure to work with, and their generosity exceeded all expectations when they donated a large dumpster for our Relay For Life event at Indian Hills High School this past weekend. They delivered and picked up on time just as promised, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a carting company!
