They send out reminders when we are due for our inspections and everyone at the office is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Brandon recently came out and did our latest termite inspection. He was outstanding. He was prompt, courteous and extremely thorough. I wasn’t able to be home for his visit but he kept me informed of what he was doing and educated me on things to keep an eye out for.
