Five stars because Hannah who works at the front desk is super personable and friendly. I attended another gym but came in for information and she was super helpful and professional. Thanks Hannah for being so kind and welcoming! This is very rare in a big box gym and I appreciated it!
Out of all the Retro locations around me, North Arlington is the best one in my opinion!
The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Also it is not so overly packed with people that you are waiting to use the equipment.
