Horrible communication from this driving school! I dropped off my son's papers and never heard back from the school. I got concerned and called for and update. I was told they were unable to get the permit (admittedly due to issues that aren't their fault; I'm not upset about that) and that they mailed me back all my son's documents; as if they gave up on working with me without so much as a phone call! When I asked more questions about what happened and what I'd have to do to get the permit, the poor girl on the phone had no answers and had to call her boss then call me back about 4 separate times to get answers to my questions; just a horrible way to provide communication to your customers. What bothers me the most is that I was never contacted to be told about the issue in getting the permit to see what could be done. If they had contacted me, I could have dropped off the appropriate paperwork that day and, more importantly, I would have told them NOT to mail back my existing documents as I live nearby. The worst part of all of this, and why I'm ultimately leaving a review to warn other people, is that my son's birth certificate and ss card never arrived back to me in the mail, leaving me completely screwed. This could be the post office's fault, but I'm dumbfounded how a company could mail such important papers without doing certified mail or some sort of tracking on the documents. Especially as it was never communicated to me in the first place that they were sending the documents back, I didn't even know to be on the lookout for them. Just absolutely horrible business practices and I'd warn anyone against using them. Maybe they work out for most people if everything goes smoothly, but if there's anything out of the ordinary, you will not receive notice from the company, they will never contact you, and they will not work with you to rectify the problem.

I had Rita as my driving instructor and she’s super sweet, really made me feel comfortable driving on the road, and gave me good advice and constructive criticism that helped me learn and didn’t come off as aggressive or mean. really enjoyed my 6 hours!

I witnessed a instructor and a student driver driving on a main highway 50 mph doing a 20 mph speed limit, causing very unsafe conditions on the road almost caused multiple accidents due to the student driver driving very slow and breaking inconsistently. The student driver should not be driving on a main road. They should practice on a private street prior to driving on a main road. These conditions were very very unsafe and I witnessed almost 2 car accidents in the process. I don’t blame the student driver. I blame the instructor for not instructing the student properly on how to drive when I learned how to drive it was on a closed parking lot road until I gained enough confidence to go onto a main road at it with a 50 mph speed limit.

My Driving Instructor, Mrs. Rita, was awesome! She made me feel confident in myself and when I was messing up or feeling nervous, she corrected it very nice and calmly! She's the best!

Man on the phone is very rude. And makes you feel stupid. He chuckled when I asked what do I need to do in order to obtain a license. Please take youre business else where . I just wanted questions answered and some help. But now I think I'll just walk the rest of my life.

I couldn’t be more grateful with my experience with this driving school! My call on the phone with the employee scheduling me into their system was very pleasant & patient, I’m very grateful for her and wish I knew her name so I could specifically thank her. Regarding my instructor, Rita’s an absolute angel and I owe her so much for supporting me with love and confidence in my road test appointment. Thanks to Rita, and this driving school as a whole, I was successful in passing my road test on the very first try! From the bottom of my heart- thank you so much!! You have made driving, parking, and the entire test experience much more easier & wonderful for this anxious driver.

DO NOT HAVE BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! Very RUDE ON THE PHONE. When I tried to book them for driving they said “I am not doing any business with you” it’s because I cancelled the first time when I explained them about the fact that I had an emergency which I had to go to the hospital because of a family accident. How can someone be so heartlesss???? My father had an accident the day of the appointment was I not supposed to go??? So unprofessional they need to be put out of BUSINESS!!!
