If I could leave them a ZERO star, I would. Extremely disappointed in their service. I dropped off a pair of Bear Paw boots that needed cleaning. The white fringe had gotten a little dirty so I took them in to be cleaned. I specifically asked them if they were capable of cleaning such an item, and they assured me many times, yes, we will have no problem cleaning these. Today, I picked them up with several other things, put them in my backseat, and continued on with my day....ran errands, worked, picked up kids from school, brought my shoes in after finally getting home. Not many quality Dry Cleaners around. Especially ones that offer tailoring. The counter service is friendly and product turnaround quick. If you like quality service give them a try

I called to see if I needed an appointment (I didn't), came in that day to have a bridesmaid's dress hemmed (chiffon, 3 layers) and she had it done in a week. You can't tell it's been altered. Highly recommend.Service: Alterations
