My plumbers for as long as I live in Northern NJ! John and Lou showed up on time and within five minutes had diagnosed what was wrong with my ejector pump. They explained what needed to be done as well as what they would’ve done differently in the initial install of both the pump and my water softener. Their work was excellent and they ended up saving me $4,000 over another plumbers estimate by trouble shooting the actual problem instead of just recommending replacement. Thank goodness so called them before making a decision.
Exceptional service! We called Heine in desperation, after waiting for another company for 24 hrs...They arrived in less than 40 minutes, diagnosed the issue, replaced our well pump and we had running water! Will definitely call them for all our future needs.
Kris is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He explained everything that needed to be changed in our system and he answered all of my questions. The previous owner of our house did everything DIY and Kris went through every part and explained why things needed to be changed in order to help with our pressure issues. I was skeptical but he had facts, figures, and testing to prove exactly why it needed to be changed.
3 years later, everything has been in tip-top shape, and that is all thanks to Kris. He also walked me through how to maintain the system.
