Great experience with Heine Plumbing! John Heine came by and replaced a frozen and broken outdoor water spigot on the spot. Got it fixed in no time and even cleaned up after himself. His experience and kind demeanor accentuate the great customer experience you’ll receive when you give them a shot. They even came back a week later after I called because of a small leak after install and fixed it same day, no questions asked. You won’t regret giving them a call.
Bart and his team did a great job fixing our basement. The quality and attention to detail of their work was outstanding. They were able to start and finish in a timely manner.
My parents used Ideal Plumbing Solutions to get their hot water heater replaced last year. They went with this company because they were the only company that got back to them right away. Gideon came out within 24 hours of the call to diagnose the issue, then came back two days later (He had another customer that needed a repair the next day) first thing in the morning and replaced the unit. He did very professional and prompt work and I don't feel like he screwed them around at all.
I was working from home when he changed the unit out, he had trouble getting the tank up the stairs due to the sheer amount of sediment and water still left in it and how steep the stairs were. He was going to come back with a friend to help him get it up the stairs at a later time, but I ended up helping him which I didn't mind what so ever. I did appreciate him not wanting to bother us with helping him even though it was no problem. I recommend him on social media whenever i can!

Edit: a year later update:Our pond was very easy to bring out of winterization thanks to Sierra's education during installation. It looks as beautiful as ever and the water is flowing great. It continues to be an immense source of joy for us and I can't recommend Sierra enough!---We are so lucky that we found Sierra. Our pond was suffering due to frost heave; the walls were falling in and our fish were in danger. We called Sierra, hoping that someone would be able to help us fix the pond. What we found was something much, much better.Throughout the process we were awed by Sierra's professionalism and competence. The initial meeting was sent as an Outlook invitation - certainly nothing I was expecting from a landscaping company. Every meeting and phone call was timely and handled with excellent communication.When the crew finally began work, we were able to place our full trust and confidence into them. Clearly, these folks knew what they were doing and worked well as a team. From moving boulders in our yard to hooking up the electronics, never once did I fear that we would be left with a mess or that the job would be anything less than stellar.The finished product has exceeded anything that we felt we could ever have a part in owning. The water feature is, I feel, the nicest part of our entire neighborhood, and I'm glad that we can call it ours. Adam, of Newton Electric is absolutely the most competent and impressive electrician, or contractor for that matter, that I have ever worked with. I asked him to repair and troubleshoot a very difficult whole house wiring job that needed many corrections. I had called two other electricians prior who could not resolve the issues involved and gave up. Adam came within a day, working after hours into the late of night, and was able to quickly assess the problems and locate several buried switch and ceiling light boxes behind the sheetrock. He was able to troubleshoot and locate an electrical short no one else could find. He also installed all the accessories, switches, and fixtures I needed done. He is energetic, super smart, efficient, and wastes not a second of time. He works incredibly fast, running back and forth from his truck during the entire job, he is a machine!
He was always available for consultation and any questions regarding code issues, as well as questions on other trades unrelated to his own. After the job was done, he came back to install a mounting strap for the main service, label all the locations for the electrical panel, and remove a large branch hanging over the driveway. All for free. Adam is an honest, friendly, reliable, efficient, intelligent, and incredibly competent 4th generation operator and is an indispensible asset to his clients and town of Newton. I give him the highest recommendation for any job he takes on. Thank you Adam!!

Amazing…I was a walk in and Erin fixed my hair since I tried to cut it myself on a whim, lol, and failed. She was so supportive and it came out so cute. She was so understanding and could not have been kinder and more helpful. The place is meticulous and convenient. At least I’m not embarrassed to deal with our family function tomorrow and next week. I look forward to going back in a few months again.

This was my first time here, and Debbie greeted me and made me feel very welcomed. I got a spray tan for a wedding and Debbie was the one who did it. She was very pleasant, professional, made me feel comfortable and definitely knows what she is doing. She really cares about her customers as when I was done with my spray tan, it was pouring down rain and she had asked me to stay until it stopped because if I were to go out in the rain (especially when it was pouring) it would ruin my spray tan. She sat and talked with me until the rain had stopped. She then grabbed her umbrella and walked me to my car so I wouldn’t get any droplets of rain on me. Now, if that’s not great customer service, I don’t know what is. Also, my spray tan turned out amazing & I got so many compliments on it. I will definitely be back! 10/10

Christina does my nails every time, and she’s the best — my nails have never been healthier since I started seeing her! Everyone who works here is so nice and talented, and the salon is always super clean. They’ve got an amazing color selection that’s always being updated with new shades, gems, chrome, and fun techniques. It’s just such a pleasant experience every time, and I genuinely look forward to my appointment every two weeks. On top of that, their prices are really fair for the area. Highly recommend!

Tom did such a great job with my Navel piercing! He was very up to date with anatomy and what works with what navel (and body in general). He took his time to have the perfect placement. Tom was also super easy to talk to. I will definitely go back to him for any of my future piercings. The appointment was also super easy to schedule online.

Great experience! Ryan showed up with his assistant on time and they diagnosed the issue I had with my oven that caught fire. Turns out that it was an electrical defect with the unit itself. However, the house wiring wasn't up to code and it didn't have a proper receptacle so they rewired the range connection to the breaker box, installed a receptacle according to code and checked to make sure all the other kitchen receptacles where functioning properly. They were fast, efficient, really nice and they cleaned up after they were done! I had a great experience with Generate Electric and I highly recommend their services!

Wow! All I can say is WOW! They are Great . I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Ward and staff are awesome. What a wonderful atmosphere and kind and caring people.
I broke my tooth less than 24 hours ago, and the scheduling staff, Richard and Lisa, got me in to see the doctor almost immediately. They were such a pleasure to speak with and were extremely helpful for everything I needed.
Sierra, the assistant, was amazingly informative, pleasant, and helpful for every step of the process. She took x rays, and gave me an idea of what to expect, but assured me I would not leave still in pain. Dr. Cao was simply phenomenal. She came in, assessed my tooth, and was able to repair the tooth so quickly. I was worried I would need to have it extracted, but she confidently completed a repair instead in what I feel is record time. I was in and out and back to work faster than I could have anticipated.
I have always HATED going to the dentist, and when I say I have never felt more comfortable and relaxed in a dentist chair, I mean it. Dr. Cao ensure I was numb, could not feel anything, and both she and Sierra made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
Feels weird to say that I can't wait to go back for my exam. Highly recommend this office to anyone who is apprehensive about the dentist. 10/10.
To start, a cleaning with Nicole is excellent! She explains everything she is doing along the way, and I very much appreciated it! I didn't appreciate when I was told I needed a root canal! Well, 2 weeks later and much anxiety....it was done today! Dr. Pozzi is an excellent dentist and when I tell you I felt ZERO pain, I mean it! He's caring, precise and most importantly caring. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great group!

After exhausting countless medical options with orthopedic surgeons, pain management doctors, PT, standard chiropractic services and general medicine, I took a leap of faith with Newton Health & Wellness. My level of pain has drastically decreased from being limited and in constant pain to resuming my day to day activities with no pain (hiking, weight training, walking, yard work, etc). Dr. Shaw not only treats but he teaches his patients about whole body wellness. So much of my mind and body's health has improved as a result of attending this practice.

The office is clean, the personnel friendly and efficient, the doctors understanding, helpful and very personable and pleasant. We've seen several docs, and they have helped our aging dog feel comfortable and feel better. Such a relief knowing they are there for her as needed.
Shout out to Dr. Wendy Turner Andover Animal Hospital. We have used Dr Turner as our Vet for several years. Her compassion and expertise has been remarkable over the last few years of our aging pets and our new additions. I called at 9:00 pm hoping to leave a message. She recognized my number and called me after hours after a 9 hour shift and being the on call vet today.
