I had a slight emergency with my septic system as there was a clog in the inlet of the tank. When I called the woman said she could get someone here today. The driver arrived quicker than I expected and had me back in working order in no time! He was very professional, friendly, and respectful of our property. We’ve been a customer for 30 years and I’m always pleased by their high service standards.
We had a second overflow of note explained how this happenedwe could do to avoid this h and whatappening again. Thank you for great service. our basement at 5:00am. I called DWR and got the answering service. The owner called me back by 8:00am. He had someone here to pump out our system by 9:00. They were courteous, knowledgeable, polite, professional and friendly. H
Very impressed. First time using DMW. Called Friday evening and was serviced by Monday morning. The servicer that came out was very professional and provided answers to all my questions as a first time caller for septic treatment. 2,000 gallons were pumped for about $550 altogether. Happy with the service and will use again.
