I was selling my parents' house for them. This was the house me and my brother and sister grew up in. I am sure anyone reading this can relate to the emotions that endeavor stirs up and the things you learn about "home improvements" in the process. In stepped Del Monte Waste Removal. Paul and Jeanne were like family. (In the good way!) There was no attitude, no talking down to me, and no pretenses at all. A rarity in service businesses these days! I was immediately put at ease. Priceless.Not only did Paul and Jeanne deliver great service, expertise, and guidance. DWR charged me fairly with no strings attached. They were timely and showed up when they said they would. (Another rarity!) Paul is an excellent communicator and he called me on his cell if he couldn't find something...like the drainage pit! I put him on with my 91 year old father and Paul made him relaxed and at ease. (Not something I do so well!)I could go on, but then GOOGLE will think I am writing an ad! Hire this company. You won't be sorry.T.
Amazing experience , Giovanni took his time and explained everything down to even informing me of a 2nd tank we had. I've been here 14 yrs and not once did I know about that secondary tank until Giovanni stepped into the scene. I would give this company a 10/10 for the information and amazing service that he did. I will definitely be referring his services to everyone I know that has a septic tank. Thanks again for a speedy service and amazing experience.
This company installed a French drain system in my 100 year old basement about a year ago.
Before the service my basement was flooding every time there was a heavy rain. It's been completely dry since then! I'm very happy with EnviroPro. They gave a fair estimate and were easy to work with. And they're a local family-owned business!
