The owner gave me the most relaxing wash, and then Caesar gave me the most precise trim I've ever had. He triple-checked everything and made sure all the dead ends were gone! He also gave me product advice (without being pushy) and was super respectful of what I'm currently using. My blowout looked amazing, and while the weather brought the frizz back a bit--my hair still feels healthier than it has in ages.
